Frequently Asked Questions
How do I connect my calendar?
- Open Calmony
- Go to Settings → Accounts
- Click Add Account
- Select your calendar provider (Google, iCloud, or Microsoft)
- Sign in and authorize access
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple:
- Open System Settings on your Mac
- Click your Apple ID at the top
- Select Media & Purchases → Manage
- Find Calmony and click Cancel Subscription

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Calmony purchase
- Select "Request a refund"
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
- Open Calmony
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Restore Purchases
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
My calendar events are not syncing
Try these steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Go to Settings → Accounts
- Click Refresh on the affected account
- If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the account
How do I delete my data?
Calmony stores all data locally on your device. To delete:
- Disconnect all calendar accounts in Settings → Accounts
- Uninstall the app
This removes all local data. Your calendar events remain safe with your calendar providers.
