Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my calendar?

  1. Open Calmony
  2. Go to SettingsAccounts
  3. Click Add Account
  4. Select your calendar provider (Google, iCloud, or Microsoft)
  5. Sign in and authorize access

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple:

  1. Open System Settings on your Mac
  2. Click your Apple ID at the top
  3. Select Media & PurchasesManage
  4. Find Calmony and click Cancel Subscription

Or visit: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Calmony purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

  1. Open Calmony
  2. Go to SettingsSubscription
  3. Click Restore Purchases
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

My calendar events are not syncing

Try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Go to SettingsAccounts
  3. Click Refresh on the affected account
  4. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the account

How do I delete my data?

Calmony stores all data locally on your device. To delete:

  1. Disconnect all calendar accounts in SettingsAccounts
  2. Uninstall the app

This removes all local data. Your calendar events remain safe with your calendar providers.
