Unical is a calendar application that integrates multiple calendar services into a unified view. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your accounts
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a premium subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage subscriptions in your device's Account Settings

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.

6. Intellectual Property

Unical and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Euigyo Kim and are protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Euigyo Kim be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
